Climate in Ukraine:

Ukraine has a moderate continental climate (with little variation across the generally flat countryside). The hottest month is July, averaging 23◦ C, while January averages around freezing. The northern part of Crimean peninsula is a continuation of the Ukrainian steppe: a moderate continental climate with warm, often hot summers and raw, at times rather cold winters. Compared to the rest of Ukraine the climate is very mild.
